The Master Key

If you are anything like me, you have tried and failed several times to create long lasting change in your life. Diets, systems, budgets, resolutions, religion and routines have all had their hand in raising your hopes albeit temporarily, until reality has taken hold and the law of habit-force has pulled you in the direction of the patterns that have been so judiciously developed and maintained over the course of your lifetime.

A Master Key is the key that gains entry to any locking mechanism.
It doesn’t do this by breaking the lock in pieces because although locks come in all shapes and sizes, with many innovative design variations, most locks are based on fairly similar concepts.

In exactly the same way, although our DNA is varied in the extreme, meaning each one of us is an original, established laws and principles act as the guidelines for success living on planet earth.

I will give you an example.
What goes up, must come down- Gravity.
You can interact with gravity in playful ways such as playing catch with a ball or painful ways, such as jumping from a tall building.
Gravity itself is an observer of your interaction with it. It affords you no favours and historically provides evidence of the best ways to interact with it successfully.
The same goes for your spirit, health, family, money and recreation.
Established laws are in operation for successful living.
